I’ve been living in this new flat for around 4 months now and I’ve been dealing with the noise that my upstairs ethnic neighbor makes. I can hear and feel pretty much every footstep as if he were wearing boots, furniture, hoover is the loudest thing ever, and music from his speaker. I was incel raging about something yesterday afternoon so was already in a bad mood. He started playing music again which was the straw that broke the camel's back. So I went over to his door, had to knock about 5 times. I started raging hard, I told him if I have to come back up there I'd go turn that shit off myself. You know what he said?
