hitting every micronutrient seemed to do something

thats beside potassium intake which is high as fuck and sodium which is low

and alot of water, 2L is a joke to me

all while in a caloric surplus and eating 200g+ of carbohydrates (i used to think low carb was how to get rid of water retention)

i am facially lean without aushiwsting for the first time

i think low carb low water should only be used if you have an event where u want to be extra sharp, but its not sustainable long term
