Nice skull, dude. Really wide zygomatic arches and good symmetrical orbital rims and good intercanthal distance but your fucking maxilla is slightly recessed and mandibular plane angle slightly high .
Not Chad, but very, very solid.

Just based on the bones it’s hard to understand the hypotelorism, it really just looks like a normal skull with no glaring issues. The guy above me even said the ICD is good.

U guys think I would need a full trimax to maximally ascend? Or would a good genio be enough? (Just for the lower third rn - eyes will have to wait due to job related restrictions)

I’ve gotten multiple differing opinions on this, most notable so far a no from Ramieri (for full trimax). So currently I’m planning on genio w Giant, next year before summer ends ideally, but would be willing to change my mind if the aesthetic difference would be great enough to justify the extra cost/risk/recovery of trimax (and extra time to save up even more + get ortho + job shit sorted once again)

Hopefully Giant sets things straight in a consult but I’ve been dnr’d so far

You can't really tell from a CT scan alone; you could have the craziest filler, like soft tissue covering the chin.

Would seriously need to see more than this to draw a conclusion. Ramieri declining you as a client is a good sign, though, isn't it?

Do you think it's a really big issue for your harmony?

You should defo save up for the big surgery and dont rush the genio imo.

Your side looks average rn, front is more important. I feel its really hard to morph these kinda of surgeries before/afters from diffrent perspectives though so its hard to tell what itll really bring

Damn if so, unless I can find a way to get a bunch of time off approved without getting shitcanned from my job, I have to wait till summer 2029 to do any surgery (when I’ll have my trade license and greater career freedom). I’m hard locked behind Trimax and OBO, so there’s nothing I can really do to ameliorate things until then
