I am 99% satisfied with how I look now (talking about face not the body), took me way too much fucking effort.



Mewing 24/7 for year and a half, losing 30kg with extreme weight loss methods, not eating more than 30g sugar per day for a year, washing my face like a maniac and sleeping 9h per day.
