What exactly is the point of getting errections and sexual thoughts if you can’t act upon them anyway? Women already don’t find you attractive or 80% of men.

If you aren’t getting laid at least once a month slaying or FWBs or have a gf that gives u consistent sex, your “libido” is pointless.

Not to mention, if you go bald your chances of ever having sex reduce to zero especially if you are an ethnic.
