my skin didn't really change, just became drier. Which is good, if you're acne prone. It also made my hair less greasy. Actually, i haven't used shampoo or conditioner in 6 months and I stopped having dandruff, my hair smells fine, it's not overly greasy, it feels softer than before, easier to style, etc


Also finasteride made my skin feel softer, and my nasal skin feel thinner/more feminine

Your skin produces less oil in general so it can be good if your skin is oily.

it probably would, considering the excessive sebum production in men is due to DHT. excessive sebum is essentially what causes acne, bacteria make it inflamed. Cleanse, if you have severe acne use isotretinoin, if u don't want to, use tret, and mositurize with a water based gel with hyaluronic acid, not lipid based moisturizer
