If you have the balding gene you are a degree of fucked no matter what. But it's not a big deal.

With finasteride you might be good but have a limp dick and no sex drive like I did.

Dutasteride I felt great but it can actually make you lose hair faster because it increases scalp testosterone by 400%.

RU58841 didn't do a thing for me seemingly and it's expensive and the solvents I hate they make your hair look shitty.

Topical minoxidil didn't do a thing for me. Added tretinoin, still didn't do a thing. Made my eyebrows thicker but no regrowth.

Oral minoxidil is trash.

Hair transplants are preferable.

Hair system is a last resort. Don't be afraid to if you have to. Don't let any of hairloss ruin your mental state. Men have to overcome problems to improve.

The MOAB stack is:

Dutasteride 0.5mg daily
Oral Minoxidil 2.5mg - 5mg daily
Pyrilutamide 0.5% or RU58841 5% twice daily
Microneedling at 1.5mm once per week

If this doesn't work, you have two remaining options: shave that shit off and ogremaxx (not kidding) or you take the NUKE route: castrate yourself to regrow your hair.

HRT. A user did it once here, they came back from NW3. You have to do it in a way though that minimizes feminization and maximizes hair regrowth (so high dose in a short time span) 8 mg Estradiol and 200 mg spironolactone in for a couple of months till you see regrowth then maintain on fin and min. Workout alot to prevent to keep body looking the same.
