Finasteride side effect

I’ve been on finasteride for almost a week now, and I’m aware of the major side effects. However, I feel like the skin on the top part of my penis has thinned, and the skin on my testicles also seems thinner. Is this common? Thoughts…

i've been on it for 4 months 1.25mg everyday , nothing but new hairs and my skin stopped being oily
