Context: 5 foot 11 18 male Started at 320LBS(I know lmao) currently at 223 and and starting to see good definition 2200 calories a day 160-180Grams Protein 300-350G carbs making progress adding at least a rep a week on compounds.
2x Incline Bench Dumbbell Press 50LBS 1st Set 7 Reps, Second Set 6 Reps,
2x Dumbbell Shoulder Press 40LBs 1st Set 8 reps, 2nd Set 6 Reps,
2x Horizontal Barbell Row 115Lbs 1st set 7 reps second set 6 reps
2x Single Arm Kneeling Lat Pulldown <<<<<<< Literally can only feel my arms don't even have a rep count because shit pissed me off lmao,
2x Dumbbell Pec Deck 30Lbs 1st set 6 Second Set 4
2x Lateral Raises 15lbs 1st set 11 reps second set 9 reps and i cheat a few after the rep count is my clean reps
1x JM Smith Press 85Lbs 6 reps
1x Ez Curl Bicep Curl 65lbs( 25lb each side and bar is 15) 6 Reps
1x Overhead Cable Extension 50Lbs 9 reps
1x Reverse Ez Bar Curl 45lbs(15lb each side 15 for bar) 7 reps
Should I move my arms to my leg day?
