First consultation for jaw surgery with Dr. Ramieri, need some questions answered

For anyone why has booked with Dr. Ramieri from Ortognaticaroma:

I clicked on the linktree in his Instagram bio to book a consultation. For a first time consultation (I’m based in the US), do I click on the “Video Visit” option?

If that’s the case, where did you get your CT/CBCT scans? Did you get them with or without insurance? Do you need a referral for them?
