are you blasting or cruising ? start by 400mg; 250mg is barely above average TRT Dose ( TRT is medical test injection for old men who dont produce enough test anymore ) so if youre going to touch your natural test production by injecting yourself use a great dose.

usually i suggest something along the lines of 250-500mg/week testosterone by itself or you can choose to add another injectable in which id suggest equipoise, masteron (if u know ur hair genetics r good), or anavar. (these dont convert to e2 + will help control estrogen)
No matter if you do or not e2 bloodworks (which are mandatory btw along other things in the same bloodwork) you will have the symtoms of high/low e2. using the symptoms you can calibrate the AI dose. I'd like to add on to this mentioning that AI's can be incredibly harmful if used incorrectly, and often times people are deploying them when they don't need to, at the wrong time, or too much of them. That is part of the reason why I suggest adding eq/mast. My personal suggestion would be to have the AI on hand in case you need it, and only deploy once you notice high e2 sides. It is unlikely you'd need an AI at 250mg test/week unless you're quite high bodyfat% but at 500 you'll probably need it.

250 mg test with hcg on first month last 3 months ill up the dose to 500 with hcg if i cant handle 500 mg ill lower the dose to 350 and if i get any high e2 side effects ill use low dose aiIm already lean i need lean mass, btw im not blasting and cruising i will try to maintain my lean mass and hop off after 4 months
