First day of Self-Improvement

Although this isnt going to reach a lot of "high iq" users, it might just will

For a long time now, i really wanted to improve. Not only lookswise, but also from any other aspect of life. So im finally starting.

Im gonna try and post a day of improvements daily at the end of my day and share it on here, kinds like a diary.

Today i cut ties with a annoying terrible person that had no respect. He was something i used to call a friend, but if my friendships with people end, they were never friends to begin with anyways.
He never brought any positive things/aspects to my life and only annoyed me, so i was better off letting him go. Im not gonna get influenced by people with a ego set higher then a skyscraper.

I also decided to stop vaping/smoking. Pretty easy decision since i have no real reason to be doing it since it only acted as a way of cope.

I bought a book about finances, gonna start reading it tomorrow.

see you tomorrow bhais, and let me know what i should improve in my life, any ideas are helpful.

Ive had my experiences with hyperfixation, i would never step that much out of my comfort zone if it was only that.

In terms of Skin quality maybe, i never had problems with my Skin tho:feelsokman:
more like a long term prevention, saving collagen and helping your lungs not get raped

Actually a good idea, I can give u a recommendation to help u be more fixed
Research as much as you can on these two things
1. Perfection as a philosophy
2. The biological mechanisms of your thoughts
Use your understanding of perfection and strive for that, pair this with understanding that most things u crave (drugs smoking girls etc) are literally just biological mechanisms, not something deeper. When u realize these two things ur life becomes clear, now good luck bhai
