First dose of MT-2 on a uv8 day

Just started NAD + ghk but I haven’t pinned my MT-2 it’s a super nice day out but I really don’t wanna fuck anything up with my skin color. What would be a safe dosage of pan? Because the uv is so high would my loading phase dosage be decreased from the normal? I’ve seen how extreme mt-2 can be
