Hey im looking for guidance on how to go about finding doctors in which country for the best results as i am looking to finally hardmax and get a nose job, do i go to turkey? What would you recommend? Microneedling has been recommended alot, im currently on a 10mg dose of accutane along with klow (ghkcu) i have topical tret aswell but have stopped usage since starting accutane

i honestly dont know, it really is dehydrated, you look very aged due to it, and guessing it is dehydration, so up your water intake and pickup a rich and creamy water-based moisturizer maybe?

upper lip injections could help but i think you should go for pdo and pcl threads to help lift that upper lip and hopefully fix your nasolobial folds and bad upper to lower lip ratio.

in my opinion fat grafts or any kind of fat to compensate for a collagen or bone issue is stupid.
You lack structre in your under eye and have nasolobial folds due to your lack of zygo prominence.
If you got infra mallar implants that wrap around from your infra orbital rim to cheekbone im sure that could be fixed but you would have to consider your bigonial to bizygomatic width and get some sort bignoial implants. These impalnts will give you an absolute mogger jaw and midface your hollow cheecks will look way better aswell.
There are a lot of thing you have to consider when getting fat grafts to your under eye region id be happy to help you in pms.
