First time posting a thread.
I’ve been going to the gym for a while now, when I started I was 49kg anorexic
. I’ve finally decided to run a sarms cycle as I travel a lot by plane so actual roids/needles are out of the question for now as I’m a paranoid bitch about the TSA after they grabbed my bwc last year. Currently on day 3.
Special thanks to @Aromasin and @MogsMost for the inspiration and a lot of the info I’ve gathered.
Starting Stats:
20yo
190cm
74kg
~12%bf
Cycle:
LGD-4033 5mg/day (Weeks 1-8)
Enclomiphene 6.25mg/day (Weeks 1-10)
Other Supplements:
N-Acetyl Cysteine (1200mg/day)
Omega-3 (2000mg/day)
AT LEAST 8.5 hours of sleep
Diet:
My diet has been pretty dialed in for the past month in preparation for this. Been eating the exact same things at the same times every day like a robot. It's suprisingly enjoyable.
>200g protein
<150g fat
~300-350g carbs
<35g added sugar
~3400-3500 cals
- 3-4L water
Gym Split:
PPL, 5-6 days per week
Thankfully all the new years' resolution niggas have given up by now so I don't have to wait for benches anymore. Foids still hog all the leg machines
Cycle Notes:
I’ve seen a lot of debate around when to take enclomiphene. I’ve decided to just run it the entire time and for 2 weeks after just to play it safe (don't want to risk hpta suppression or leydig damage). Currently on day 3 I have noticed that my strength has already increased very slightly. No negatives yet that I can tell, but it's still very early.
If any of you are interested I’ll post updates here when I’m able, and a big final update once the cycle ends.
