I had a friend over in case I couldn't draw my own blood correctly, so no full video this time only few steps shown (I'm shit scared of needles), but I managed!

We managed to yied 6ML of Platelet Rich Plasma!

Now I just have to microneedle it into my face!

On a serious note I mostly do it for anti aging, i currently have a true skin age of 18, I'd like to keep it at that for as long as possible or maybe try to reach a true skin age of 16. So near perfect skin for as long as possible tbh, so I'll be doing this once a month

Drinking blood can give you iron overdose (it's toxic in too high amounts), so I highly recommend you don't do it, also injecting/microneedling/drinking someone else's blood can have serious sides, you might get blood transferred diseases or something else

I did get professional teeth whitening in 2021, gum contouring and do hydrogen peroxide 3% mouthwash (for teethwhitening) every 1.5 weeks, been quite open about that

This is my full routine, and they are far from perfect, my bottom teeth don't align with my upper teeth (they're moved approximately one tooth to the left), i had plenty dental issues, had a few root canals done, have a single half crown because I was grinding my teeth and that tooth was kind of chipped, I used to eat a lot of sweets, now i just drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day but I drink my coffee (and wine if it's red) through a straw to avoid contact with my teeth

Well I got recommended to use a water irrigator instead, especially since I had relatively sensitive gums, but a combination of both is ideal tbh, Floss after eating if you're not home, water irrigator If your home. It highly depends on which water irrigator it is as well as they have different power settings and the small handheld ones aren't as good as the one I mentioned
