First PRP / vampire facial was a success!

Well I got recommended to use a water irrigator instead, especially since I had relatively sensitive gums, but a combination of both is ideal tbh, Floss after eating if you're not home, water irrigator If your home. It highly depends on which water irrigator it is as well as they have different power settings and the small handheld ones aren't as good as the one I mentioned
I use the Waterpik Ultra and love it so far

I can't floss the upper arch they're too tight (no gap between the teeth). I do use floss picks for the lower arch 1x a day

Just replace It with something 100x more costly
Depends, i just don't get why you'd want to do that, better to do both to maximize cell turn over and collagen production
using tret is a bore
moisturise - tret- moisturise every night and having to use SPF every day is just too much work
getting this done once a month seems far easier ( looks like it gives better results than tret as well)

Idk Bro consider that you Need to do this 6 times in a year to get results that last some Years, that's about 3000 euros in 6 months, plus the clinic Is probably not in front of your house, so cost of travel too. it's no joke if you aren't loaded. Tret and spf takes 2 Min lol it's over if you lack the willpower to even Stick to that.

For me using tret is probably gonna be cakewalk, i use spf daily and moisturize daily as well, so wouldn't be much of a hassle

I agree, for most people tret is more viable and the go to thing to do as the price racks up if you're going in clinic, I'd say prp is almost more of a hassle to do than tret

It's only needed if you have bad acne, otherwise tret, but sounds like a good plan

So far I've saved around 3800 USD

Rarely on the forum anymore? And how’s ur skin looking now since february
Pretty decent, I'll probably do skin test January to see what actual difference it made, but visually its close to where I want it

And yeah, quite busy with life currently:/

mirin the dedication and money saving. do you just micro needle your face and rub the plasma in like its lotion? is this something the professionals do too?

You put the prp (I do prf now as there's a higher concentration of growth factors) on your face, then microneedle it in your face like you would normally keep adding it as you move around, and plenty of clinics doing it, most of them don't do correct prp/prf protocol, so not as good benefits
