hello guys,

gonna post the full results in April when hopefully all the swelling went down. I`m currently in the 7th week post-op, still have major swelling, will go down soon thanks to newly prescribed medication.

trying to get rid of it with bpc and prednol atm, big changes in the last few days

if any of you got some niche tips against the swelling it`d be greatly appreciated. already doing all the basics from steps to sodium to water etc. only medics I use is prednol and BPC. If there`s anything in your mind, please let me know!

very nice sir, but these pics aren't really comparable whatsoever - the after could be the before and vice versa, depending on the impact of lighting and angles

Good. Will continue to improve over the next month.

cheers for the honest opinion, tried to showcase the change while still being strongly swollen therefore the lighting difference! once everything has healed off I`ll showcase it in the same lighting, more angles etc.
