so I’m planning to start a 500mg/week test cycle. I’ve gone through the botb threads, old first cycle guide (2019), and newer posts, so basics like source and setup are sorted.
My goal is little bit of muscles and more bone mass / structure.

Anyone who’s actually tried this stuff, what’s the move?

- The 2019 guide says just do 500mg test for 16 weeks.
- Newer posts say add HGH for better recovery, skin, less bloat.
- But then I saw people saying HGH needs like a year to actually do anything, so 16 weeks seems pointless.
So now I’m confused:
- go simple test only
- add HGH (but short cycle seems useless)
- or go harsher with anadrol + winstrol
Anyone who’s actually tried this stuff, what’s the move?
