homecooking pasta mogs hard

so easy to cook and delicious

have you learned how to cook a carbonara?

its so simple just a cup of parmagiano reggiano, some raw egg yolks, salt+pepper, and pancetta or guanciale

not too bad for health i think if you minimise oil usage

No im retarded at cooking, im surprised i got it right first try tbh. But i may add that to the list. I see myself getting obsessed with cooking in the future if im successful and dont blow something up. After i perfect some dishes ill try different ones like carbonara

nice and good luck

cooking is kinda fun tbh

ill think you manage carbonara well

literally just put all the cheese, egg etc stuff in a big bowl, cook your pasta and pancetta with olive oil (let pancetta sit low heat in oil for 5 mins) seperately then add them in and mix
no need to save pasta water or use cream or whatever

i get the best ingredients i can find that are also affordable at sainsburys and it always turns out pretty good

why would you render pancetta in oil? pasta water is needed or its a cream sauce. just mix the pancetta drippings with pecorino and pepper and just build your sauce like a veloute(stirring paste in pasta water in small amounts over time) guanciale is traditional so is pecorino.

cooking is fun until its professionally. i work in one of the most acclaimed michelin starred restaurants in america. its one of the most labor intensive and brutal jobs out there even at low level gastronomy. not saying youre going to be a chef but its a horrible career path and i wish i only was a home cook 😡😢.

Wow very interesting backstory. Im well aware being a chef is hell, ive worked in restaurant kitchens before, not michelin star and i wasnt the one who was actually making the food but i could tell just from seeing them that it was extremely tough. Its not a coincidence chefs tend to be the most loud aggressive people on a short fuse. I remember the chef pushed me once cos i was in his way and he was always crashing out 24/7

Working in a restaurant especially a michelin star one is aura tho and pretty attractive to women
