Hey all,

As of the date of yesterday (8/11/2026), I have just completed a 12 day run on DNP, the absolute deadliest diabolical boogeyman compound per people who have never tried it. I ran it at 200mg for 4 days and the 5th day's morning to assess tolerance, then took another 200mg the night of the 5th. Ran it at 400mg from there for a total of 8 days. Overall, 200mg for first 4 days, 400mg for last 8 days. Supplier was a generic Chinese UGL.

Scale weight in this time went from 186lbs to 177lbs. Waist went from 32.3 to 30.7 inches. I have read a bunch of threads suggesting you drop all your intramuscular glycogen water, and retain a bunch of subcutaneous water, making you look like hammered shit - I am not sure if this is true, but I can tell you that my muscles are flat as a pancake and I seemed to have shrunk my waist disproportionately compared to weight lost, so I will update this thread by next Monday (8/17/2026) to see if I fill back out and shred a little bit extra.

I started the run at 5'11, 186lb, 32.3 inch waist coming off a bulk prior and having already been cutting for a month or so, and so I was pretty dry already. I am cruising on 250mg test E. Of course, I was fatter than I thought like usual, but I have had some decent results from just this short run and am looking forward to it later. Of note is that AAS tends to retain a ton of water intramuscularly, and I wonder if this will have affected the supposed water manipulation that DNP does. In addition, running 2mg of reta a week, and 2iu HGH daily (titrating up slowly), 3mg BPC-157, 3mg KLOW, and 500iu HCG x2 a week.

I got pale as shit pretty fast so looking forward to hopping in a tanning bed here soon. As for the run itself, there was basically zero cravings, as I was running reta and drinking over a gallon of water a day, in addition to a white Monster in the morning, diet pop throughout the day, two cans of V8, and spending all my time inside. I had a unique position of not having to work or go to in-person classes in this time, and already being in cut mode, so I had a very good time running this relative to others.

For sides, I had a good amount of tiredness the first five days, and then I seemed to turn a corner and feel fine. By day 7, suddenly I was starting to feel a little warm. I keep my house at 60 degrees F, but it felt more like 76-78, and this would persist until the end. On day 9, I suddenly was getting hit with profuse sweating at night and absolutely soaking my bed despite AC and a fan trained directly on me, and would wake up literally moaning and grunting in the middle of the night. I was visiting some people at this time, and sleeping like absolute shit. On day 10 when I got home, I was having the same sleep issues, plus horrible tiredness, and was having persistent aches and pains all throughout the day, and generally felt like I had a low-grade fever or flu. My temperature never went up to or over 98.6F. Highest recorded was 98.0F. The aches felt like they were in my sides, and I thought about my organs and decided to throw the towel in on day 12. I slept 10 hours this night and woke up today feeling completely refreshed, still pissing and nutting bright yellow, but feeling almost normal. Managed to do yardwork for a couple hours and felt completely fine.

Overall, if I lost 9 pounds in 12 days, I'd be perfectly happy with that. I am hoping it'll turn out to be a little more here as I control my diet going back to normal state, and I'm looking forward to getting back into the gym. The tiredness, heat, and busywork of summer classes made me feel absolutely unable to lift. I tried to on the first day, strained my pec, and it literally did not heal during the entirety of the run. Wondering if the DNP is interrupting recovery processes.

I'll come back to this thread next week with pictures and final results. Gearing up for a blast over fall and winter so it'll be nice to be a little leaner going into it. Overall, I would recommend it, but only if you have the self-control to ramp up slowly, stick to a dose, shut yourself off to the outside world, and stay at home in the AC with tons of water and food that you might need. I had Benadryl but never needed it. Otherwise, I do feel uncomfortable recommending it simply because it has a track record of killing people. But it's your life.
