First time trying HCTZ tomorrow

I'm trying HCTZ 12.5mg tomorrow, I have never tried any sort of diuretic before so is there anything I should know or do before taking? My heart has been bugging recently so idk if I should split the dose but nothing ever happens anyway. I also have KCL and magneisum glycinate if that helps.

I tried it and nothing happened it only works If ur diet is insansely insansely shitty

I mean yea i was like you when i first took diuretics it was eplerenone and i was literally like you i even cut the dose to half cuz i was scared lmao i sat on my room seeing if anything was gnna happen to me and then i also was scared of hctz too cuz i heard it was a stronger diuretic etc. and now im taking 50mg epl and 12.5 mg hctz everyday but i stopped for a while cuz i will be doing diy aqualyx tonight
