Lost 2 kgs went from 99 kg to 97 kg on a 500 cal diet daily within the first week
Shit is hard as fuck I get a lot of cravings the hunger is annoying yes but idgaf really it's get lean or die trying
I eat 210 g of protein everyday and do some activity like walking or swimming so I'm not completely sedentary

have you considered complete starvation

ur already suffering whilst leanmaxxing so i dont see the harm going all the way unless ur a gym goer

I don't want my body to cannibalize my muscles so I eat protein for that and no I'm not a gym goer
I've considered 1-3 days water fasting but mom talked me out of it (i might still do it regardless)

If you ate 210 g of protein you would be eating 840 calories a day.

500cal is crazy low, u will do it for 2 or even 3 weeks and destroy ur metabolism, then have a massive relapse and gain back all the weight.

But hope it works out for u man!

nah nothing happened to my metabolism, ive been doing this for 3 months and still losing weight at the same rate, metabolism is a meme imo
bad things I noticed are extreme lethargy or moodiness, that's it
 
How did you do it? What was your calorie intake
200 a day, and if I eat more I don't go above 500
While walking 10k steps minimum a day

what about energy.libido,desire to do things etc?
energy it depends on the day, I'm assuming it has to do with what I ate prior (the cals are the same jfl), some days I'm exhausted for no reason
libido is the same, high as fuck and it has always been like that
as for what I do, I pretty much feel the same way I did as a fat fuck eating 2K plus cals a day the only annoying thing is the hunger and some cravings and weird thoughts about food where you just wanna shove shit into your mouth and binge but I just shut that shit down
Now I look better than ever and I'm not even 12% bf yet

how long do you sleep, arent you worried about muscle catabolism?

I sleep 7-9 hours daily
And no I don't give a fuck about muscles at all
Aside from neck which is easily the most androgenic muscle and is the easiest to keep or make bigger so I do neck curls
