Lost 2 kgs went from 99 kg to 97 kg on a 500 cal diet daily within the first week
Shit is hard as fuck I get a lot of cravings the hunger is annoying yes but idgaf really it's get lean or die trying
I eat 210 g of protein everyday and do some activity like walking or swimming so I'm not completely sedentary
