Fist or Massage gun for bs?

I been bone smashing for like 2 weeks now and I just got a massage gun, i’m wondering, which one is better?

Use your brain

you need enough "damage" that is the equivalent of someone punching you and then you need to give your body the nutrients to make new bone and a massage gun wont be able to do anything as close as something dense or just punching your face without holding back

Use hammer then massage gun
With hammer you need heavy hits, too many beginners hit too little but it's fine you'll overload after time
Then with massage gun hit the area(with this it's not about how hard but about more time)
