22M, 6'2"-6'3", around 150 lbs.

I've always had a really hard time gaining weight. I've been lifting on and off for a few years, but my frame is pretty unusual. I have relatively wide hips and a narrow upper body, which makes it difficult to build the V-taper look I'm after.

I do some modeling work, so I've always been careful about not getting too bloated or holding too much water. Recently I tried a very short testosterone cycle but stopped after about two weeks because of work and travel commitments.

I'm heading to Europe soon, but when I get back I want to fully commit to improving my physique. My long-term goal is to add significant muscle while keeping a lean, aesthetic look.

I've attached physique photos. Based on my frame, proportions, and current condition:

  • What are my biggest weaknesses?
  • What muscle groups should I prioritize?
  • How much potential do you think I have naturally?
  • Realistically, how different would my physique look after 6 months of consistent training and eating and TRT if thats adviced?
  • Any advice for someone with wide hips trying to create a stronger V-taper?
Looking for honest feedback and constructive criticism.

Trt will not save you, blast gear and focus on shoulders and back
 
Yeah you're biggest weakness is called "looking like a twig" and your first cycle should be "picking the fork - 150 grams of carbs a day".

Seriously ; you're lean okay but not muscular like not a bit. You want to build lean mass but it looks like you're not ready to lose definition in those abs just for a while.
