ey so i’m a bit in a complicated situation, i have a very bad physique pretty much skinny fat with big love handles but my weight is already low enough for my height, u guys have any suggestions

Holy shit, he was literally always shredded. Although I’m sure he was taking PEDs or prohormones even at 16 since he was a wrestler. Most of them are juicing in high school.

Actually you should do lot of cardio and eat in bulk but like the cardio should out match thé cal, si if you're in 400cal surplus you should do 500cal worth of cardio so you lose fat and build muscle
