I'm currently skinnyfat, and trying to get lean. All gyms near me are closed, and even if they were open, I don't think I'd be able to afford a membership for the long term.

So, I'm wondering if my diet which is low calorie/high protein, paired with calisthenics as an alternative to gym will allow for me to transform my body into a lean one.

If you can afford to eat high protein, you can afford the gym.
 
lot of skinnyfat physiques are from shit diet . CUT ALL SUGAR and FAST FOOD. This alone will make huge diffrence.

If you want to do calistenthic must items are Gymnastic rings . These things are great. You can do whole workout

everywhere.

All gymnast have very Aestethic physiques and are very strong.

I'm doing whey protein shakes with milk and a banana for breakfast, and grilled chicken for dinner. I skip lunch.

Would it be advisable to fit in another protein shake?
 
I dont know man first thing you have to tell me is How much do you weight?
Most recomend 1g to 1,5g of protein for 1kg of body weight.
 
yeah eat high protein and high saturated monosaturated fats , many vegetables and fruits , go crazy on spices and tea . eat most of your carbs after your workout and in the evening (for good sleep ) , once you re low bodyfat you can start adding more carbs to your diet.

Im 6'0" 1/2, 175 lbs.

Does it look like my cheeks and jaw have some surrounding fat as well? The only reason I want to get lean is because I have hopes of attaining a slimmer face.

This is what my body looked like 5 years ago when I was at my lowest bf %.
Leanmaxing is MUST . Just try to be lean for face gains.
that pic isnt even at 20% bodyfat you simply dont know how you look under layer of fat.

NO. You dont have visible abs and muscle definition.
abs start to show at 17% to 14% dependant on body fat distribution.

Many places have outdoor gymletts in parks. I used those while the gyms were shut down.
