FIX BAD BREATH (no cope)

I brush twice a day and I floss. Instead of just constantly chewing mints, gum or doing mouthwash every day. I want to know what is a actual fix for bad breath I dont think I have any tonsil stones if I did, I would get it out with my water flosser.

I once got a cheap one and it took me an hour to get all the white stuff off my tongue. Then I got a more expensive one and it got the job done quickly.

My friend had a cheap tongue scraper tho and it worked perfectly for him tho, so idk, it depends on the quality.

As for anything else, I just brush+floss+scrape 3x a day (because I vape) and use mouthwash before any event. Also keep breath mints in your mouth when you're at any event or after eating food.

If you have any tartar or your teeth need desperate whitening, its best to go a dentist first, get that checked out, then stay consistent in oral hygiene after that
