Fix for high tfwhr

If u have high tfwhr is it unfixable?

Not unfixable. You can do things like lateral cheekbone filler.

You have to find out why your tfwhr is high. Is your ESR good? Is your fwhr good? is your upper third / midface / lower third tall? if you have high ESR your face is probably too narrow. If your other ratios are fine then you cant fix it without sacrificing something, but most likely something else will be off. PM me a photo and I can tell you.
