My malar fat pad is so fucking dogshit it makes me want to rope, every time the sun hits my face other than face forward, i just looks like i never slept and i have insane nasolabial folds, making me look so much older when I'm only 16. I would say it's objectively my main flaw and it would ascend me hella if i got rid of it. Is there any way to target remove it or even fix it overall?

The only solution (aside from getting leaner) is facial liposuction

nothing. it's genes. buy some BB cream or something.

No easy fix, get ready to spend a fuck load of time and money:

1. Fix up your lifestyle if it’s lacking as a first measure
2. Then boost collagen production with spf, tret, and peels/lasers
3. Fix any underlying bone structure deficiencies with implants
4. Midface / composite face lift to favorably redrape and position the soft tissue and fat pad
5. Fat grafting to reverse any fat pad loss

Once 1, 2, and 3 are taken care of, repeat 4-5 every decade

That’s pretty much it. Anything else people tell you to do is going to be either completely cope, or pathetically ineffective. Except for concealer, which is a pretty good cost effective bandaid in the short term.

And before you mention only being 16, sorry to say but genetics can fuck us over extremely young. Look at how Lorde’s been aging to see a glimpse of what can happen if you don’t take action to fight your genetics, and instead listen to virtue signaling normies who cause so much damage by spewing “ohhhh sweetie, you’re so young at 18/20/30/40+, you don’t need to do anything for anti-aging :feelsuhh:

Only legit caution is to wait till 18 before pursuing any craniofacial level procedures, and to also accept that there’s only so much you can feasibly do to fight Father Time before having to settle for what level of mitigation you’ve already achieved, or else you risk bogging yourself with overly aggressive filler and lifts etc
