(yes, ik i spelled it wrong but it made you click on it didnt it)

how do i fix my bulbous nose?
so far i know a few options:
- hydrocortisone to atrophy the tissue
- ivermectin for inflamation
- fat dissolvers
- cosmetic surgery

what other options are there?
and what's a good fat dissolver protocol for that?

yeah im looking for a protocol specifically for my nose.
would it work if i apply it with a derma roller, since it would be risky to inject it?

Do some research on people that have previously done it and if it seems like its doable do it otherwise start saving up that piggybank

holy fuck these replies :lul:

no you cannot slim your nose by dermastamping aqualyx/kybella, the bulbous part is mostly cartilage

there is a very small pocket of fat in the tip of the nose but it is unknown if using fat dissolvers on it are safe or even effective, people here just parrot that because a few people larped about doing it. you can search this website for evidence of someone doing it and you will not find anything besides one kid who tried it and botched himself.

hydrocortisone will slightly slim it but not by much. some people claim that botox can be injected at certain points for slimming but that is considered off-label use and the results seem very minimal. i will be getting this done (with dysport) soon and I'll post about it here, but I am doing it as a cope until I can get my septoplasty covered by insurance

Accutane slightly since it reduces oil glands and inflammation

lmk how that goes

what else should i improve while I'm waiting for trenitoin to ship?
(i alr know to fix my hair)

ive had some pretty good overnight effects hopping on ivermectin+hydrocortisone again,
which means it could be inflammation that's making my nose big

my plan rn:
- topical ivermectin
- topical hydrocortisone
- topical trenitoin (accutane)
- insurance hack for surgery if i need it

preciate the comms

what is "insurance hack" and why are you using ivermectin topically? I've never heard of it being used in that way

yeah so in the usa doctors are required to take legal alternatives to health insurance (which is what i have) and basically they arent securely regulated so you can write in whatever you want to the insurance like "i fell and cut open my nose so i needed surgery" while telling the doctor "i just wanna fix it for cosmetics" and then the insurance pays thinking it was necessary while the doc thinks you were paying out of pocket for cosmetics

^hopefully that was ok to post lol

and yeah ivermectin helps me, which makes me think it's rosatia or some other infection causing inflammation

name-brand topical ivermectin is soolantra but i just make my own so it's more potent

we'll see what happens once i do another ivermectin round and trenitoin to shrink pores

I'll keep updating this thread for my ascension since my nose is the main thing i need to work on.
would you agree or what else do you think i should be working on besides nose and hair?

This doesn't seem like something you can actually do unless I'm missing something. My insurance denied my septoplasty claim and when I appealed it they disregarded any of the symptoms that I listed unless they were in my chart from the ENT specialist.

For you i think getting a nose job is the best option bro

My insurance denied my septoplasty claim
idk bro sounds like a skill issue
i had a benign spot removed from my neck for cosmetics and got it paid for as a cancerous melanoma lol

it was my dad who figured all of that out he's a pro at jewmaxxing

It's much easier to do that with skin related things, mole removal is a very simple procedure compared to rhinoplasty. I actually did the same thing to get a mole removed because I said it had gotten bigger and was getting irritated
