1) if u are american just use Zoryve (roflumilast) foam. problem fixed
2) if anywhere else, use https://www.sezia.co/ to check the ingredients( that includes everything, skincare, shampoo, conditioner)
must have is ketoconazole+salycilic acid shampoo
ciclopirox shampoo also goated
selenium sulfide can work, if you have money get all three and cycle
tea tree conditioner, just check ingredients

avoid harsh sulfates and triggers.
never leave hair wet, it feeds bacteria
no products, only sea salt spray, it destroys sebderm

i agree with the lice comb but not pressed hard as it increases scalp iritattion, also you always have to rotate shampoo antifungals to not build tolerance
