So I do multiple sessions a day with each session containing 3sets of 15 pulls, each pull is 2 or 5 seconds. I bite down as hard as I possibly can and pull away as hard as I possibly can now have to be very focused and concentrate on what your doing because this is dangerous you have to know when you do too much and when its better to go easy and its just like the gym, dont ego lift or in this case dont ego pull. I'm doing this since last year winter

This is how I do it. You should also feel pressure around your nose and under your eyes. I only did it once a day still worked.

It's weird bec I dont feel any pressure around that area, prob I'm doing something wrong

Yes my nose is almost upturned but still straight kinda like Jordan Barrett nose but a bit different

Was it droopy or down turned before? Or did it just get more upturned

It was sorta in the middle it wasnt droopy or upturned but now its definitely more leaning towards the upturned

What is your routine like
I start with 1 min 20 percent, then 8 times 5 seconds 100 percent, normally once a day

Your nose improves because you pull your
labial vestibule forward and now your nose has something to sit on and therefore improves your nose project toward the upturned
Basically it's the bone area behind your lips and gives you better projection and mainly helps with nose support

Because you bite down as hard as you can and the forces transfer to your facial bones ansehen not your teeth and not to mention your teeth are more durable then you think, still be cautious

As a beginner if you’re new do this begin gentle don’t pull hard but bite hard to understand the exercise

ok so I have been cooking up a new method to mainly help fix asymmetries by exerting directional forces on your dental arch in the direction you want your palate to widen or grow

this will be my last method because:

F1 facepulling to bring the whole jaw forward

this new method to widen your jaw, fix asymmetries etc..

this method is natural and is supposed to stimulate eating a carcass of an animal RAW. what lions and tigers do. the ultimate moggers of nature

I feel this more so in the back of my jaw, my jaw muscles r sore after, this normal?

I was slightly cautious about using a rope at first but towels are not as durable as the rope specifically designed to be pulled so there's that, its purpose is to be durable enough for the pulling so it's basically perfect for this exercise
