So I do multiple sessions a day with each session containing 3sets of 15 pulls, each pull is 2 or 5 seconds. I bite down as hard as I possibly can and pull away as hard as I possibly can now have to be very focused and concentrate on what your doing because this is dangerous you have to know when you do too much and when its better to go easy and its just like the gym, dont ego lift or in this case dont ego pull. I'm doing this since last year winter

This is how I do it. You should also feel pressure around your nose and under your eyes. I only did it once a day still worked.
