Fixes for protruding lips

What hardmaxxes are possible to fix protruded lips
and make lips smaller
it fucks up my harmony a ton
No malocclusions btw, I had a slight overbite but fixed with braces + elastics

inb4 Indian + subhuman
I'm aware
inb4 we got bigger fish to fry
Already know I need to lose weight, fat grafting, train neck, rhino, skin lightening
if you have suggestions other than those then say it

I think bimaxillary protrusion procedure. They take out 2 premolars and give u braces to pull teeth and lips back. Do obviously only if ur side is really black coded and recessed

have similar issue. honestly doesn't look too bad just depends on other facial features
