I have a fringe and my cowlick fucks it cause one side just doesn’t go down and thru out the day wil l go up so I look even more retarted how to fix I have pretty curl hair

wet your hair and style it when it's wet
what some people do to fix cowlicks is they brush and blow dry the cowlick the opposite direction of what way it wants to flip
after that you dry it in the direction you want it to go
repeat this a few times till it stays in it's place
if it returns later what you can do is spray a bit of water or some curl refreshing spray on the cowlick if you use actual products on ur curly hair
if you do use styling products use some good products that hold
like a light weight gel
or a light hair spray to keep it down
also you can get a haircut that WORKS with the cowlick you can search up about those and see if any of those could look good on you
