fixing David Laidmaxxing (Peyronies)

Has anyone here had any success with lessening/fixing peyronie's disease curvature? I'm essentially rocking the david laid shape but i'm not a mogger like him I think it's a combination of a congenital curve that I've had all my life but recently i had an injury that worsened it and caused definite scarring and plaque, worsening the curvature even more.

This happened around 6 months ago and I've been doing cialis, pentoxfylline (prescribed by urologist idk what that is really doing to help tho) I recently got the restorex and I've been seeing some minor improvements, (i think mainly from traction and cialis) but I want to fix this tragic ropefuel situation. Has anyone had any experience in using peptides like TB-500 or BPC-157 in conjunction with traction or xiaflex for peyronies? If so what was your experience like? Are there any other methods you guys know of to lessen peyronies or dissolve plaque? I've tried looking, but I havent seen too many threads about this and they all seem pretty old. I also am planning to bring up xiaflex injections next appointment.

Idk, i got myself penis curve to the left (like around 30-40 degrees when it's hard), but i can straighten it forcefully

it's angle is naturally upwards if that makes sense but around 1/3 of the way up there's some plaque and this makes the rest of its angle look even more egregiously upright. on that spot there is a bit of hourglassing too especially noticeable when flaccid.
