I've done a decent amount of research on fixing asymmetries through fixing bad habits and doing exercises/stretches to revert the issues. I've seen a lot of tips for fixing asymmetries in the eye area and masseters through things like sleeping on your back, fixing chewing etc etc, but I've never seen anyone have an issue of having their bottom jaw tilted.
I had braces so maybe it's shifted the position of my jaw to align my teeth?
- I tried doing some bonesmashing (sort of thing) by pulling my jaw down but started to develop clicking and popping so stopped maybe if I do this with a less amount of reps slower it would slowly fix it and not cause TMJ issues.
I do have some bad habits with chewing and sleeping but I don't see how these would affect the literal angle of my bottom jaw so just wanted some information on what you'd do in my position.

Has anyone else got this issue and managed to fix it with/without surgery?

idk ask a dentist.
