Fixing/Improving recession and palate

I am so recessed. My chin, mandible, and maxilla are recessed and I don't even know how to start fixing it. Also have a narrow palate with mild upper and lower teeth crowding and a bad bite (front upper teeth almost completely cover my lower) I've seen people say that Damon braces can help with my issues but some say they won't. Should I start palatal expansion first and then braces? (16)
