Fixing IPD - Hardmax and Softmax

I am 15 is there any way I can fix my IPD, my eyes are too far apart it isnt mouth droppingly bad but it is definitely a failo subconsciously in peoples mind, please give both soft and hard max solutions for this, if there even are any
