I am a bit uncertain on how to frame this question, but my labial commissures (corner of the mouth) are overdeveloped or bunched. It is clearly not a result of my aging. Is there anyway that I can resolve this through softmaxing? I cannot find enough literature online about this.

It honestly does not help, my cheeks hollow out but the problem remains
