fixing negative canthal tilt on one eye

my left eye has a slighlty negative canthal tilt, while the right one is neutral, what do you think i can do to fix this?

im thinking it has something to do with my sleeping position for the past 2-3 years,ive been sleeping on the left side of my pillow in a very weird way

can orthodontics maybe save this? im not really informed about the eye area.

if you know any softmaxx/cope that would help too thank you
