ill assume you mean mandibular length.
herbst appliance could correct ur bite and recessed mandible.
carriere motion in some circumstances does the same
braces (could help a little due to overall better positioned teeth and natural resting bite position)
if you mean widen....well that suture fused when you were like 2 or 3 so its over in that regard.

yea, what do you mean by carriere motion? i had braces when younger and it significantly helped but still a huge flaw

carriere motion is an orthodontic appliance.
so is the herbst appliance. ask your orthodontist to help you with your recessed mandible and ask about the herbst appliace. carriere most likely wont suit you since youd need to get braces afterwards.
