Fixing Weak Cheeks

Is there any fix for low cheekbones? All the examples of zygos/malar implants make the guys look like they have weird gay cherub face.
Outside of having some turk smash my zygos and orbital bones to move stuff around is it hopeless?

Any other flaws I could fix jump out from scan? Was thinking about gonial implants to get jaw flare.

So something like infraorbital-malar implants? Or are they too uncanny, seems like more guys would have the hollow cheek lean look if that was all it took.

you need a wide jaw as well to hace hollow cheeks its a combination of good cheekbones and jawbone
