Flashing on accutane

What can i really do about flashing on accutane? i'm on 30mg while being 60kg for 9 days and mid day i got crazy flashes (redness) on my cheeks, i use cetirizine 10mg and skincare is pretty much perfect, i use a light moisturizer on face and on night la roche posay cicaplast b5
