Best one I’ve heard so farHypertrophy will lack roughly 6 months behind when comparing it to strength so it will take longer to see. Make sure you are getting your protein in.
You do not need to focus on the upper chest since its a very small portion of the chest (only 1/3 of its entiry).
You need to be focusing on doing a pec dec motion or any flat press movement as this will work your middle and lower chest which is the majority of it and the part you actually want to aee grow. If you like the bench press then do it even though it’s not exactly the best for growth.
It takes time for chest to grow as its purely genetics. Some people have massive chests and some people it takes longer for them to see growth. Just keep doing what your doing and train smart.
