Flat Jaw Surgery

I took a picture with 2x zoom on the back camera where I am 2 meters away, so you can really see the roundedness of the jaw contour. This I morphed to the desired outcome in the next third picture. The last picture is of my side profile. I am not recessed at all or too forward grown. My jaw shape is bothering me a lot (its very dominantly tall and a U shape). I made an after edit of how I would like it to look. How can I reach this goal? I tilted the gonions up and removed some of the mandible on the bone whilst making the chin a bit broader horizontally. I did not change the chin height. Can someone give me some advice on how to achieve this (might not even be anatomically possible, but optically), preferably with the least invasive option (implants and filler).

I think I figured out a way to do it, but I would need to get custom implants to lower my chin a tiny bit and really flare the mandibles.

no you defenetly don't want to lower your chin but for you i"d get genio and lf1 or maybe just genio or maybe just bimax i can't see your pic well tho, filler in the chin is proabably the smartest thing you could do. thing is tho side dosen't matter so stop worry about that and your face looks kinda old not really ugly so like just get fat grafting or maybe even a faceift to wherever you need it.

Why a lf1 and genio. What would the movement even be? My main problem is that the JFA and frontal jaw slope is off. If I can fix that there would not really be a problem outside of the more aged health markers (its mostly nasolabial folds).
