After wearing a flat plane mouthguard for a little over a month and a half or two, my molars are starting to upright, it’s MAGIC!
You can gain the same success wearing a simple 20 dollar or even 5 dollar flat plane mouthguard like this!

Notice how my top teeth overlap and notice my molars and how far they’re concave inwards!

Also, would this theoretically work for bottom teeth? More chin projection perhaps

I believe so, I think as the teeth become upright your jaw starts coming forward because it’s not being forced to retread backwards, sort of like an overbite

Can I mouth guard both sides top and bottom? Or should I just mouth guard the top half for half a day and alternate to the other bottom half after

No, before I would’ve said to put it down but lately, I haven’t been doing that and I’ve been wearing it regularly for about a month or two and I’ve been seeing great results. My mother decided to upright greatly and my enter molar with it has also increased so just wear it regularly.

I meant before I would’ve said to put it upside down

My left molars on my upper teeth cave inward and it creates brutal asymmetry and when I put my teeth together, they hurt like hell. Would this fix it?

But I need chin projection tho, would putting it upward cause ccw rotation?
Don’t worry about my previous post,my fave is changing greatly, like if you saw how much it has changed in 2 months just by unlocking my occlusion and adding a height with the mouthguard, trust me, wear it regularly and you will see

Do NOT mold it, wear specifically a flat plane mouthguard like the ones ive shared, or something like a myobrace that doesn’t lock the teeth how molding them do, also I would recommend wearing it 24/7 so you could wear something like a polymorph clip on for the teeth, it adds extra height

Also by regularly you mean the top half of my teeth right?

It’s good, it’s where I got the idea, I believe in their teachings, Ken leaver also says any mouthguard will do Aslong as it’s a flat plane mouthguard.
I like the idea but what's the actual use of a mouthguard? Getting the teeth straight or clenching for maseter muscles?

It’s gets teeth straight don’t get me wrong, but it has more benefits than that. Braces ruin you, but this fixes you.
