FLAWS OF ZERO SUGAR SODA

I’m on my cut currently and I wonder if there any flaws of zero sugar sodas. Are they toxic to your organism because of different sweeteners and chemicals? Don’t wanna hurt myself while abusing them, cause I’m really addicted to sodas in general but can’t drink sugar-containing ones at the moment. Pls tell me
